Responsibilities include:
Insurance verification and authorization. Chiro touch, ASH, Optum, Availity, Medicare, BCBS, UMR, United Healthcare. Supporting the doctor and helping keep the office running smoothly Answering multi-line phones with professionalism and warmth Scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and reschedules Greeting patients and creating a welcoming experience Verifying insurance benefits Managing electronic and paper patient records Ordering supplies and maintaining inventory Assisting in therapy areas when needed (traction, EMS, ultrasound, modalities) Handling patient payments, co-pays, and daily balancing Managing accounts receivable Communicating with attorneys, medical offices , and hospitals Assisting with in-house marketing and occasional community events Helping improve office systems and workflows Trackstat knowledge What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who: Has a positive attitude and excellent communication skills Loves working with people and creating a great patient experience Is dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Can multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Is tech-savvy and open to learning new systems Enjoys taking initiative and being part of a close-knit team Because our team is intentionally small, this position is perfect for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and being an important part of the office's success.
