Position Overview The Office Manager/Supervisor oversees daily office operations, supervises office staff, and maintains organization, efficiency, and accountability. This key leadership position works directly with the General Manager and management team and works in tandem with our Mitigation and Reconstruction Project Managers to keep operations running efficiently. Restoration industry experience is strongly valued , as this role requires an understanding of restoration job files, insurance processes, and the fast-paced nature of the business. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily office operations Supervise office staff and maintain clear expectations and accountability Oversee daily job scheduling and crew assignments with Job File Coordinators and Production Work closely with Mitigation and Reconstruction Project Managers to coordinate office operations, job files, scheduling, and communication Manage communication and follow-up with TPAs , ensuring program requirements and deadlines are met Work directly with insurance adjusters , providing requested documentation, job information, photos, and other claim information Coordinate with Project Managers and Production to obtain information needed by insurance carriers, adjusters, and TPAs Train and support office staff Identify inefficiencies and improve office workflows and procedures Work directly with the General Manager on office operations and company initiatives Participate in the company's after-hours on-call rotation for emergency calls and customer needs Provide leadership and support wherever needed to keep the operation running efficiently Qualifications Required 2+ years of office management or supervisory experience Previous restoration industry experience Strong understanding of restoration job files and insurance processes Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Strong computer and technical skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and make decisions independently Ability to hold yourself and others accountable Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Additional Experience We Value Experience working with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) Experience with DASH Knowledge of Xactimate/XactAnalysis Insurance claims experience TPA program experience Restoration job file management Bilingual in Spanish and English What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Health insurance benefits 401(k) with company contribution Paid time off and holidays Professional development and industry training Opportunities for advancement Positive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company About SERVPRO of Sarasota Family-owned and operated since 2004 , SERVPRO of Sarasota has built a strong reputation for professional, reliable fire, water, mold, and restoration services throughout the Sarasota area.
