Job Description

Overview Clear Point Therapy is expanding to Tallahassee, and we are seeking an organized, dependable, and professional Office Manager to help support the day-to-day operations of our growing mental health practice. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, solving problems, supporting a team, and creating a welcoming experience for clients from the moment they contact the office. The Office Manager will play an important role in helping the Tallahassee location run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Oversee daily front office and administrative operations Support scheduling and appointment coordination Respond to client calls, messages, and general inquiries Assist with new client intake and onboarding Help maintain accurate client and administrative records Support insurance verification and related administrative processes Monitor office workflows and follow up on outstanding administrative tasks Assist with referrals and communication with community providers Help maintain office supplies and general office organization Support therapists and other clinical staff with administrative needs Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements Help identify workflow concerns and communicate them to leadership Assist with maintaining a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment Qualifications Highly organized and detail-oriented Reliable and consistent Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities Professional in both written and verbal communication Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and in person Able to handle sensitive information with discretion Previous experience in office management, healthcare administration, behavioral health, medical offices, or a related setting Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or client intake Familiarity with electronic health record systems Strong computer and administrative skills Experience working in a fast-paced office environment Join us as an Office Manager to lead our administrative team with energy and enthusiasm! Pay:
$14.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 40.0 per week
