We are looking for a hospitality professional who enjoys being present in the operation, developing a strong front desk team, and delivering the level of service expected from a Marriott-branded hotel. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Front Desk Supervisor, Assistant Front Office Manager, or Front Office Manager who is ready to take the next step in their hospitality career. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Front Office. Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and develop Front Desk associates. Ensure consistent delivery of Marriott guest service standards. Maintain a strong leadership presence at the Front Desk during peak arrival and departure periods. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns. Support Marriott Bonvoy recognition and ensure elite members receive appropriate benefits and recognition. Review arrivals, departures, special requests, room assignments, and VIP guests. Ensure accurate cash handling, credit card procedures, deposits, and Front Office controls. Monitor room inventory, availability, rates, and sell-out situations in coordination with hotel leadership. Work closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure rooms are available and guest issues are resolved quickly. Assist with group arrivals, airline crews, corporate accounts, and extended-stay guests. Maintain proper Front Office staffing levels while controlling labor costs. Conduct regular training and departmental meetings. Ensure Front Office policies, safety procedures, and brand standards are consistently followed. Assist the General Manager with operational projects and hotel initiatives. Serve as Manager on Duty when required. Qualifications Previous hotel Front Office leadership experience required. Marriott experience strongly preferred. FOSSE experience strongly preferred. Strong understanding of Front Office operations and guest service. Experience supervising, training, and developing hotel associates. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to remain professional and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working with hotel technology, reporting, and operational systems. Must be flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on hotel needs. What We're Looking For We want a leader who doesn't simply manage the Front Desk from an office.
