Company Overview Ag Metrics Group is a renowned leader in agricultural consulting and contract research, serving a diverse range of clients including agricultural manufacturers, cooperatives, and government agencies. With over 40 years of experience, our team develops innovative crop technologies across multiple regions in the United States through dedicated research centers. Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Office Manager and HR Lead to oversee daily office operations, manage human resources functions, and ensure a smooth, efficient work environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead administrative initiatives, coordinate team activities, and support organizational growth through effective office management and HR strategies. What You'll Do Manage daily office operations, vendors, supplies, purchasing, shipping/receiving, facilities, and administrative needs Support station leadership with operational projects, events, documentation, and workplace needs Coordinate research materials, trial samples, shipping/receiving, and maintain related research and operational records Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding Process biweekly payroll and support benefits and leave administration Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day employee HR questions and concerns Support employee relations, performance management, investigations, corrective actions, and terminations Maintain HR records and support company policies and compliance What You Bring 3-5 years of progressive HR experience preferred Experience with office management, administration, or business operations Hands-on experience with recruiting, payroll, benefits, employee relations, and HR compliance Strong organization, judgment, confidentiality, communication, and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred Paylocity and Microsoft Office experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish Ability to travel to other company locations as needed Join us to be a vital part of a dynamic organization committed to innovation in agriculture! Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
