Hazeltine Nurseries is currently seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Office Admin Supervisor to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office role with a start time of 6:30 AM.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to all department managers. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for managers. Maintain organized project files, documentation, and digital records. Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, and project documentation. Works alongside the manager to ensure the completion of all proposals and take offs Maintain project status updates and assist with workflow coordination. Coordinate communication between the team, operations, sales, and clients. Assist with organizing site visit schedules and consultations. Respond to client inquiries and route requests to the appropriate manager. Prepare and send client proposals, contracts, and other documents as necessary. Maintain accurate client records and contact information. Ensures payroll hours are submitted to payroll within weekly deadline Helps managers dispatch crews if necessary Assists with department safety/incident claims Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
