Job Description

Upscale Premier Chiropractic clinic located in the heart of Wellington is seeking a Chiropractic Office Administrator.
Duties include:
Patient scheduling and coordinating appropriate services, lead calling and followup, and anything regarding patient communication. Provide 5-star customer service to patients in the office, and ensuring the office portrays 5-star aesthetic. We are a very busy and growing clinic and need an additional coordinator/administrator to assist with smooth flow of patients through the office. MUST be organized, responsible, excellent communication skills, and team-player. We practice all things health here and have a high community reputation to uphold. Customer service is paramount. MUST provide a current resume to be considered. On-the-job training is provided.
Hours:
M, W, F:
8:00am - 6:30pm, with 1 hour for lunch from 12:30pm-1:30pm. After 30 days, there is an opportunity (not required) to add on Tuesday 8:00am - 6:30pm (1 hr for lunch). Pay starts at $18/hr during training phase, which we anticipate completion within 30 days. Upon completion of training, pay will increase to $20/hr. Position can pay up to $25/hour. Bonus opportunites throughout the year. Paid holidays/personal days and 401k offered after 1 year of employment. We do conduct a background check and call references at the commencement of and throughout employment. Must have reliable transportation to our Wellington clinic.
