Office Manager / Front & Back Office Coordinator Augustine Chiropractic & Wellness Center - Wesley Chapel, FL Join a growing, patient-centered Chiropractic & Integrated Wellness Practice! Augustine Chiropractic & Wellness Center is seeking a highly organized, energetic, and compassionate Office Manager to oversee both front and back office operations. This is a leadership position for someone who enjoys helping patients, managing daily operations, and creating an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities
- Manage daily front and back office operations
- Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service
- Schedule appointments and maintain an efficient office flow
- Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations
- Check patients in and out while collecting payments
- Coordinate treatment plans and follow-up appointments
- Manage patient records and maintain HIPAA compliance
- Supervise and support front office staff
- Assist with billing, insurance claims, and accounts receivable
- Communicate with attorneys and insurance companies for personal injury cases when needed
- Maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment
- Help grow the practice through excellent patient service and internal marketing Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a chiropractic, medical, or integrated healthcare office preferred
- Experience with ChiroTouch preferred
- Strong knowledge of insurance verification and medical/chiropractic billing
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail What We Offer
