We are in search of a passionate pool service professional who wants to join our team to lead us into our next chapter of growth. We are looking for an indicidual who is in the pool service industry and loves what they do. As we continue to grow, we want to bring on someone who is eager to learn, take care of our customers, and be a great team player. The ideal candidate has pool service experience, already has their CPO, and is looking to expand their knowledge of the industry. Our CPOs work Monday through Friday with a mixed route of commercial and residential pools. As a CPO, you are responsible for checking water chemistry readings, dosing appropriate chemicals, brushing pool walls and floor, keep filters and guards clean, documenting DOH required information accurately, and to ensure equipment is working properly. Our company utilizes new trucks, easy to use software, and provides incremental training to help grow your skillsets. In addition, we also offer several bonus opportunities to help you maximize your earning potential. One week paid vacation begins to accrue after your first 90 days. Team members also receive two paid holiday weeks per year.
