In Office Agent Success Manager Turbo Homes Wilton Manors, FL Job Details Full-time From $55,000 a year 6 hours ago Qualifications Training program Real Estate License Customer relationship management Front desk Office management Full Job Description Overview Turbo is an integrated real estate, mortgage, and title platform closing roughly 30 transactions a month and building toward 35+. The Agent Experience Manager owns the experience of every agent and loan officer on the team — from the day they sign on through their first closings and beyond — and keeps the office, training program, and back-office people operations running without the owners having to touch them. This is a hands-on operator role. Run the training calendar, coach new agents through their first two closings, keep the office humming, and own payroll, commission disbursement, monthly fee collection, and W-9 compliance. If you like being the person everyone comes to and get real satisfaction watching a brand-new agent close their first deal, this is the seat for you. Compensation Base salary 55,000 year + $500 for each of a new hire's first closing. On-target earnings $90K-$100K+. What You'll Own Coach/ Supervice New Agents Through Their First Two Closings Serve as the single point of contact for every new agent until they have closed two transactions Hold weekly 1:1s, listen to recorded calls, and coach on scripts, lead follow-up, and CRM discipline Make sure new agents are in the office daily and present at the morning meeting; escalate early when someone is slipping Ongoing Training Own the company training calendar across real estate, mortgage, and title Coordinate internal and outside trainers; facilitate sessions yourself when needed or requested . Agent & Loan Officer Experience Run recurring agent/LO surveys and pulse checks; turn feedback into fixes Be the go-to for questions, roadblocks, and "who do I ask about this" Plan recognition, team events, and anything that keeps good people here Office Operations Onsite representative for the office: badge access, vendors, supplies, conference room scheduling, and keeping the space running day to day Front line for visitors, deliveries, and building management Payroll, Commissions & Compliance Oversee and process payroll for W-2 staff Cut agent commission checks when needed and reconcile against closing statements Collect the monthly associate fee from every agent; track enrollments, ACH/credit card authorizations, and delinquencies Maintain W-9 compliance for every contractor across all Turbo entities and support 1099 year-end reporting. What Success Looks Like New agents close their first deal within 90 days and their second within 120 days. Monthly fees collected in full by the 5th of each month Payroll and commission checks out on time. Training calendar published a month ahead; morning meeting never skips a day Agent survey scores and retention trend up quarter over quarter Who You Are 3+ years office management, training, or people operations — a real estate license is a plus, not required . Comfortable with payroll, commission disbursement, and contractor compliance (W-9/1099); experience with a payroll platform and a real estate transaction/commission system preferred Organized enough to run a calendar for 30+ people and warm enough that they actually want to talk to you Direct, fast-moving, and fine with a founder-led environment where things change quickly Confident presenting and facilitating in front of a room Onsite five days a week; morning-meeting hours are non-negotiable.
