Office Manager Ryman Construction of Florida, Inc. | Zephyrhills, FL | In office
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm Ryman Construction of Florida, Inc. is seeking an organized, dependable Office Manager to support our construction teams and keep daily office operations running smoothly. This role is a central point of contact for employees, project managers, vendors, and callers. The right candidate is comfortable balancing routine administrative work with time sensitive project needs and handling confidential information with care. Responsibilities Answer calls, take accurate messages, receive deliveries, and route mail and correspondence to the appropriate team members. Organize and maintain project files, permits, contracts, and other construction records. Assist with administrative paperwork, including lien waivers, pay applications, insurance requests, and project related correspondence. Receive and route invoices and payments, maintain tracking spreadsheets, and help collect receipts for credit card reconciliation. Order office supplies, coordinate equipment service, and support general office and facility needs. Help coordinate employee communications, office events, and other administrative tasks as assigned. Maintain confidentiality when handling company, employee, client, and financial information. Assist with building security notifications, which may occasionally require after-hours response. Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent At least two years of experience in a similar administrative or office support role Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products Strong organization, communication, and follow-through skills Ability to manage competing priorities and work accurately with detailed records Preferred qualifications Experience in the construction industry Bilingual communication skills Bachelor's degree To apply, please submit your résumé through this posting.
