Our privately owned practice is looking for a friendly, organized, and experienced Office Manager to join our dental team. We are a relatively new practice but we have grown tremendously since opening our doors. We have an incredible team, wonderful patients, and a strong commitment to creating a first-class experience for every patient while delivering the highest quality of care. As we continue to grow, I'm looking to add someone in a leadership and management role. I'm looking for someone who can comfortably handle the day-to-day administrative responsibilities of a dental office, but who also wants to take on a bigger role in helping the practice grow and operate at its highest potential. The ideal candidate would be someone who can: Has prior experience working at a dental practice Take ownership of office systems and processes Help implement and improve systems as we grow Lead, support, and manage the team Help with scheduling, workflow, and office efficiency Assist with administrative and financial responsibilities Identify opportunities for improvement and take initiative Help maintain the culture and high standards that are important to our practice
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients and visitors Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries. Manage patient records, including verifying insurance, obtaining necessary documentation, and updating information in the system. Present treatment plans, and ensuring accuracy in billing and appointment details. Coordinate patient flow and assist the clinical team to ensure smooth and timely operations. Handle patient billing, insurance verification, and processing claims. Maintain a clean and organized office space. Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory. Ensure office compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations. Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office staff schedules, patient flow, and office protocols. Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, faxing, and emailing as needed. Contribute in the growth and success of the business.
