Job Description

A growing, established local franchise company is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to support its day-to-day operations.
Position Details Part-time:
20-30 hours per week Three workdays per week Flexible scheduling
Pay:
$18-$26 per hour, based on experience Key Responsibilities Post and receive payments using QuickBooks Generate financial and operational reports Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances Learn and use the company's route-management software Perform general administrative and office-support tasks Assist the owner with additional duties as needed Required Qualifications Hands-on QuickBooks experience Previous experience in office administration, bookkeeping, accounting support, or a similar role Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access Ability to learn new software and office procedures Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail Ideal Candidate Friendly, professional, and outgoing Provides excellent service to both customers and coworkers Communicates clearly and professionally Takes initiative and solves problems effectively Works well independently and as part of a team Dependable and able to manage multiple priorities Benefits Flexible three-day workweek Supplemental health coverage through AFLAC Two weeks of paid vacation after one year of employment Three weeks of paid vacation after five years of employment Quarterly performance-based bonuses Christmas bonus Check us out at: www.enviro-master.com
