We are seeking a highly organized, friendly, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our driving school. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for students and instructors, ensuring smooth scheduling, excellent customer service, and efficient office management.
Duties:
1. Customer Service Greet walk-in clients and visitors professionally. Answer phone calls and respond to emails, text, and voicemails. Provide information about driving courses driving lessons, pricing, schedules, and company procedures. Assist with student registration and onboarding. 2. Scheduling & Coordination Book DDS certified classes, driving lessons, and road tests. Coordinate schedules between students and instructors. Send appointment confirmations, reminders, or updates via text, call, and email. 3. Data Entry & Recordkeeping Enter and update student records in the system. Log payments, attendance, and lesson progress. File paperwork such as contracts, permits, and test results. Maintain accurate logs of vehicle usage and instructor availability. 4. Payment Processing Accept and process payments (cash, card, online). Issue receipts and keep daily transaction records. Assist with tracking outstanding balances and notifying students. 5. Office Support Assist the owner and other office manager in day-to-day business matters as needed Enforce company policy and expectations Print and file paperwork for classes or road tests. Maintain a clean and organized reception and office area. Run office errands if needed Ensure school car is being maintain clean and fueled up by drivers. 6. Compliance Support Maintain confidentiality of records Help ensure student records are in compliance with GA Department of Driver Services.
Requirements :
High school diploma or GED At least have 1 year of office experience Bilingual preferred, not required Must have own transportation Must live within close radius from the office Strong organizational and time management Ability to multi-task in a busy environment Ability to work independently and with a team Professional demeanor and appearance Problem-solving mindset Available to help with evening calls a few times a month. Excellent verbal and written communication Professional and polite phone and email etiquette Able to clearly explain services, scheduling, and driving requirements to customers Friendly, patient, and helpful demeanor Able to calmly handle complaints or concerns Reliable attendance and punctuality Willingness to take initiative and support team members
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday office hours WITH one or two weekends per month. When weekend hours are worked, two weekdays off will be provided. OR Alternative full-time schedules may be considered. Weekend availability is required.
