Salary Range:
$15.00 - $19.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Hands on Training Professional Work Environment Requirements Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Google Workspace Proficiency in Canva Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is a plus. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs before being asked Responsibilities Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events. Assist with the preparation of documents and presentations. Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and answering phones. Support the real estate agents with administrative tasks as required. Ensure the office environment is tidy and welcoming. Create and manage content for social media channels and email campaigns; distribute daily, weekly, and monthly communications (newsletters, event invites, updates) Design flyers, signage, and basic graphics (using Canva or similar platforms) Support the team with various projects and initiatives as needed
