Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Project Management / Construction Management (PM/CM) Delivery Leader with a history of selling and delivering professional services in support of Army, Air Force, and Navy projects and programs. You'll have the chance to work on large capital projects across the US and internationally. These exciting large-scale building projects will utilize your experience working with the DoD to help ensure safe and efficient delivery. You will gain experience working closely with technical subject matter experts, project control specialists, and some of the best digital delivery professionals in the industry. We empower you to deliver the best and boldest solutions to our clients. Your role will be central to generating new business opportunities and serving as the capture manager for PM/CM contract and task order pursuits. Following award of these projects, you will ensure the projects are staffed with top talent with military construction experience, manage the key personnel, and guide the project team to execution success. Serving as a Jacobs' Delivery Leader and functional Project Executive for assigned projects, your responsibilities cross all aspects of project execution and delivery. - Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or Construction Management
- Experience with growing teams and portfolios of projects in the DoW space and elsewhere
- Experience in managing professional services IDIQ contracts and task orders
- At least 15 years' experience in construction management and administration of large projects
- Knowledge of project planning, pre-construction, delivery methods, and building systems
- Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as needed
Ideally, You'll Also Have:
