Company Description Spright & Sparrow is a leadership advisory firm that partners with organizations to build high-performing teams and trust-based cultures. On behalf of a confidential client — a well-established Georgia law firm specializing in estate planning and elder law, known for helping families protect their legacies with clarity, compassion, and care — we are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead day-to-day operations at its Savannah office, with some coordination across a second location in the state. This role sits at the center of how the firm runs — and how it feels to work there. You'll oversee vendor relationships and accounts payable, provide HR support across the employee lifecycle, manage supplies and facilities, coordinate staff training, and ensure every client who walks through the door has an exceptional experience. It's a role built for someone who takes ownership without being asked, stays composed when things get busy, and brings a genuinely helpful, steady presence to a fast-paced legal environment. Responsibilities The Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Savannah, GA, responsible for the following activities: Vendor Management Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors (IT services, office equipment, cleaning, building maintenance, and related services) Evaluate vendor performance and contracts; renew or replace as needed Serve as primary point of contact for vendor issues at both locations Accounts Payable & Financial Coordination Process and track invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies Maintain accurate AP records and support monthly financial close Coordinate with the bookkeeper/accountant on expense reporting and budgeting Human Resources Support recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with applicable employment law Administer annual benefits enrollment and serve as subject matter expert to answer employee questions Assist with performance review scheduling and policy communication Help maintain and update the employee handbook Supply & Facilities Management Monitor and order office supplies, equipment, and kitchen/breakroom items for both locations Manage inventory and control costs while avoiding shortages Coordinate equipment maintenance and replacement (printers, copiers, phones, etc.) Address facilities issues and coordinate repairs at both offices Training & Development Coordinate onboarding training for new hires (systems, procedures, office policies) Schedule and track ongoing staff training (software, compliance, professional development) Maintain training records and materials Client & Front-Office Support Ensure a high-quality, consistent client experience at both office locations Oversee reception, scheduling, and conference room coordination Support attorneys and staff with administrative needs as they arise Requirements 3+ years of office management experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment Bachelor's degree preferred A proactive, solutions-first mindset, sound judgment under pressure, and a collaborative, client-focused approach to the work Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities across two locations Experience with accounts payable and basic bookkeeping Familiarity with HR fundamentals (onboarding, benefits administration, compliance) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; experience with practice management or accounting software is a plus Interested candidates should apply directly through using the "Apply" button, submitting a resume and a brief note describing relevant office management experience.
