Office Administrator (Immediate Hire) Kuberski Brothers Lawn Care (KBLC LLC) is hiring a highly organized Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations for our growing lawn care and landscaping company. This is a critical role in a small business setting: you will coordinate with managers, communicate with clients, and handle key administrative tasks. The right candidate will be very organized, able to manage stress effectively, and eager to learn the ins and outs of the lawn care and landscaping industry. Responsibilities Office & Scheduling Manage calendars, schedules, and coordination between management and crews. Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle client requests professionally. Bookkeeping & Financial Support Prepare and send invoices, track payments, and reconcile accounts. Assist with payroll preparation and expense tracking. HR & Compliance Support onboarding and employee file management. Assist with HR documentation and recordkeeping. Ensure company compliance with state regulations and reporting requirements. CRM & System Management Use and maintain Jobber, Real Green, and other CRM systems for scheduling, invoicing, and client records. Keep records accurate, updated, and properly synced. Administrative Support Maintain an organized office environment. Provide reports, documents, and operational support to management. Qualifications Exceptional organizational skills — must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Calm under pressure — able to handle fast-paced and sometimes stressful situations with professionalism. Quick learner — willing to learn industry-specific systems and processes. Experience with CRMs (Jobber, Real Green, or similar) is strongly preferred. Familiarity with bookkeeping and payroll (QuickBooks or similar is a plus). Strong communication skills, written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. Previous experience in a small business, service-based, construction, or landscaping environment preferred. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience.
