Job Description
Front office Manager, AGM in Training We are looking for Leaders that what to grow and learn at our company how we do hospitality! We see our AGM's as co-managers with our GM's so they can lead the team together! The following are the responsibilities of the Assistant General Manager. The job description may change or vary and managers are not limited to the specific list. Responsible for all day to day operations of the hotel and make sure all company standards are being upheld. Ensure implementation of the brand standards. Work a minimum of 40-45 hours a week with front desk hours. Create a positive work environment which promotes teamwork, performance feedback, thorough training, and developing team members. Hire, train, monitor, lead, and discipline all employees. Coach all employees on gathering leads, negotiating rates, achieving enrollment goals, and following reservation script. Communicate well with all employees. Achieve hotel profitability and set monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals in conjunction with the General Manager. Work with General Manager on expenses, direct bills, A/R, A/P, audits, deposits, and any other monthly accounting responsibilities. Oversee all housekeeping duties and make sure all guest rooms and public spaces are properly cleaned, maintained, and organized. Order all supplies for breakfast area, office, housekeeping, pool, and any other operating supplies needed to operate hotel. Control and monitor inventory. Minimum 1 time/month. Promote and market property to prospective customers and potential businesses. Perform sales and marketing strategies to produce both short-term and long-term goals. Control and manage all OTA sites and reservations. Must reconcile monthly. Keep staff updated and knowledgeable on area events/attractions or tourist's attractions and have them pass on to guests. Deal with customer complaints, suggestions, or concerns. Supervising all maintenance, repairs, and any updates that need to be addressed in hotel or on the property. Meet and greet customers at all times and provide

$18-20.00 Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively. Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail. Bilingual abilities are preferred to cater to diverse guests. Basic knowledge of budgeting and financial principles.Job Type:
