This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative team dedicated to excellence and continuous improvement. Responsibilities You will work with a diverse client base.
Responsibilities may include:
Payroll preparation and bookkeeping services for clients, including posting and bank reconciliations Manage daily office operations, including overseeing front desk activities and maintaining a welcoming environment for visitors and staff Organize and manage filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure quick retrieval of documents and compliance with recordkeeping standards Support calendar management for team members, scheduling appointments, meetings, and client engagements with attention to detail Qualifications Associates degree preferred but not required Strong communication skills with a pleasant approach Strong problem-solving skills Excellent computer literacy across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience handling confidential information responsibly High ethical standards
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
