This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising front office staff while actively participating in day-to-day front office duties. The ideal candidate is an organized, customer-focused professional who thrives in a healthcare environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences while supporting staff development and operational excellence. Schedule Monday through Friday No weekends No holidays 8-hour shifts Shift based on operational needs Leadership & Team Development Supervise, coach, train, and support front office staff Assist with hiring, onboarding, and orientation of new team members Create staff schedules and coordinate coverage Monitor performance and promote accountability, teamwork, and professionalism Identify training and development opportunities for employees Front Office Operations Oversee daily operations and patient flow Ensure front desk areas are properly staffed and maintained Monitor workflows and recommend process improvements Support implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and practice standards Patient Experience Foster a welcoming, patient-centered environment Assist with resolving patient concerns and service issues Promote exceptional customer service and compassionate care Administrative & Quality Support Attend staff and management meetings Assist with reports, audits, and performance tracking Support compliance, quality improvement initiatives, and staff competency records Serve as a resource for operational and front-office questions Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) Excellent communication, documentation, and computer skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications 2-3 years of medical office experience or completion of a medical front office training program Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations Bilingual skills are a plus Benefits Competitive benefits package Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance options Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Paid Time Off 401(k) with profit-sharing contribution of up to 8% (ask HR for details) Expected hours: 40.0 per week
