Office Manager Tablerock Cleaning Boise, ID Job Details Full-time 5 hours ago Qualifications Confidential information handling Phone communication Staff scheduling Team scheduling Issue tracking Resource scheduling coordination Project task coordination Performing background checks Computer skills Customer support Process management Client interaction via phone calls
Full Job Description Status:
Provisional role profile.
Location:
Boise, Idaho. About the role Keep the day-to-day office work behind Tablerock's cleaning service organized and moving. You coordinate schedules, customer follow-through, crew information and office tasks so the right work reaches the right person and agreed commitments get done. You connect office administration with the practical needs of field crews, working with the designated operations leader and the central Boise client-experience team. The role offers room to develop into broader operations work. What you'll do Review the schedule and open office work. Spot booking conflicts, coverage gaps, incomplete job information and tasks that need a decision. Coordinate appointments and crew assignments through approved scheduling procedures, accounting for availability, service scope, property access and what crews need before arrival. Make sure confirmed add-ons, customer restrictions, pet instructions and other details are recorded accurately and reach the assigned team. Follow through on appointment questions, access problems and service issues through official company channels and the customer's contact preferences. Keep handoffs with the Boise client-experience team clear: who answers the customer, who fixes the field issue, and what remains. Track open tasks and customer commitments, update records as things change, and raise blocked work with the person who can resolve it. Help coordinate interviews, onboarding paperwork, training arrangements and employee records. Support office records and administrative review, including gathering information to resolve job-documentation or timekeeping questions for authorized staff. Coordinate approved supply and equipment requests from crews and flag shortages that could affect a job. Improve how office work is organized within company procedures, and help colleagues learn the tools they use. Make schedule and customer-record changes through the approved process and keep a clear record of requests and decisions. Bring pricing exceptions, refunds, contract changes, employment decisions and spending to the responsible manager. Escalate safety incidents, property damage, privacy concerns and unresolved service problems promptly, and follow the company's consent and do-not-contact rules. What good work looks like Schedules and job details are accurate. Customers and crews know what happens next. Open issues have an owner and get follow-through. Administrative information is complete enough for decisions, and recurring coordination problems become less frequent. What you bring At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States. Ability to organize appointments, tasks and changing information without losing important details. Clear, professional phone and written communication with customers and coworkers. Ability to follow a customer issue through several steps, record what happened and recognize when a decision is needed. Careful handling of confidential customer, employee and financial information. Ability to learn scheduling, customer-record, email and other office systems, and practical judgment when several people need help at once.
Preferred:
scheduling, dispatch, service-business administration, customer support or crew coordination experience, and interest in broader operations or general management. Working conditions Phone and computer work, written records, coordination with field teams, and frequently shifting priorities as appointments and service needs develop. Confidential information stays within company systems. Hiring Tablerock hires on job-related skills, provides reasonable accommodations, and prohibits discrimination, harassment and retaliation. Job-related screening applies; background checks require separate written authorization, and a criminal record is not an automatic disqualification. People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
