Front Office ManagerJob Overview Snake River Surgical is seeking an energetic, organized, and dependable Front Office Manager to lead our reception and scheduling team and help provide an exceptional patient experience. This role oversees daily front-office operations, supports and trains staff, helps maintain efficient scheduling and communication, and works closely with leadership to carry out office goals and initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer-service skills who is ready to grow into a leadership position. Responsibilities Oversee daily front-office operations, including reception, scheduling, patient check-in, and check-out Supervise, support, train, and onboard front-office staff Help manage staff schedules, coverage, workflow, and accountability Monitor phone communication, scheduling accuracy, patient follow-up, and outreach Address patient questions and concerns professionally and help resolve issues promptly Support communication with referring providers and other departments Oversee patient payment collection at the front desk Prepare basic weekly and monthly reports for leadership Help improve front-office processes, procedures, and overall efficiency Complete monthly office-supply inventory and coordinate ordering Work with the practice manager and executive team to implement office initiatives Qualifications Previous experience in a medical/dental, administrative, hospitality, or customer-service setting preferred Leadership, training, or team-lead experience is helpful but not required Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Professional, dependable, and able to follow through on responsibilities Comfortable guiding staff and maintaining accountability Able to remain positive and organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer, email, and spreadsheet skills Commitment to teamwork and excellent patient care Join our team and help us create an organized, welcoming, and positive experience for both our patients and staff.
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
