Office Manager Company:
Mountain Valley Prefab Location:
Idaho Falls, Idaho Job Type:
Part-Time, On-Site Pay $20-25/hr Mountain Valley Prefab is hiring an organized and dependable Office Manager to support our Idaho Falls factory.

This position will manage the day-to-day administrative needs of the office while helping factory management, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams stay organized. The right person will be professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving construction environment. Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries Maintain organized digital and physical project files Assist with scheduling subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and meetings Collect and track subcontractor paperwork and required documentation Prepare purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and other project records Enter and maintain accurate information in company systems Track open items, deadlines, project documents, and management requests Coordinate communication between factory management, subcontractors, vendors, and the main office Assist with employee paperwork, timekeeping, and general office administration Order office and factory supplies as needed Prepare correspondence, reports, and basic project updates Receive visitors, vendors, inspectors, and subcontractors Help maintain an organized and professional factory office Qualifications Previous administrative, office-management, receptionist, or secretarial experience preferred Construction or manufacturing office experience is a major plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, email, and cloud-based systems Able to manage multiple priorities and follow up consistently Professional when communicating with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and employees Able to handle confidential and financial information appropriately Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable taking ownership of assigned responsibilities What We're Looking For We need someone who keeps the administrative side of the factory under control. The right candidate will follow through, maintain accurate records, communicate clearly, and make sure important paperwork and deadlines do not get lost in the shuffle.
