Job Description

at Chronos Imaging LLC in Aurora, Illinois, United States Job Description Due to the growth of our business, Chronos Imaging, LLC is in demand for the professional services of a Program Management Office Manager. The Program Management Office Manager will be responsible for the following duties: Oversee the execution of technology and digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets. Assess and recommend new or emerging IT systems and tools to optimize operational efficiency and strategic outcomes across programs. Evaluate the performance of existing IT systems and processes, generating reports to inform program-level decisions and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and implement program-level strategies to enhance digital outreach and customer engagement, with measurable short- and long-term objectives. Manage internal IT resources and infrastructure to ensure system reliability, security compliance, and uninterrupted service across all programs. Facilitate system integration across departments to ensure synchronized data flow, improve operational coordination, and reduce redundancies. Design and deliver training programs for staff to ensure effective system use, adherence to data security standards, and alignment with PMO protocols. Lead and supervise web and digital platform updates, ensuring accurate, accessible, and user-friendly content that supports program visibility and access. Monitor emerging technology trends and project management methodologies and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership for ongoing innovation and performance improvement.
Minimum Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. Two years of work experience in IT program/project management. Strong understanding of IT program/project management methodologies, IT systems, and infrastructure. Proficient in MS Office Suite, SQL, Workfront, and Asana.
