THE ROLE
As Front Office Supervisor, you will serve as a visible, engaged leader within the Rooms Division—guiding the rhythm of daily operations and ensuring that every guest interaction reflects Park Hyatt's signature elegance. Though this role is an entry point into management, it is deeply hands‑on and foundational to the guest experience. You will lead by example on the floor, partnering closely with Front Office Hosts, Bell & Door Attendants, Concierge, and Communication Center Agents to orchestrate seamless arrivals, thoughtful interactions, and graceful departures. Your presence will anchor the team—offering real‑time coaching, elevating service recovery with empathy and professionalism, and ensuring every detail aligns with Forbes Travel Guide standards. From managing room assignments and VIP arrivals to facilitating pre‑shift briefings and ensuring cross‑departmental clarity, you will be the connective force that brings people, process, and purpose together. Your ability to remain poised under pressure, anticipate needs, and respond with intuitive service will shape both guest satisfaction and colleague confidence. WAGE INFORMATION
The starting hourly rate for this position is $27.75, reflective of thepetitivepensation offered at Park Hyatt Chicago. Actual pay will bemensurate with experience. This position is also eligible for overtime and premium pay under applicable circumstances.

Luxury Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of progressive supervisory experience in Front Office or Rooms Division operations, ideally within a luxury or Forbes‑rated hotel environment.
Hospitality Education:
Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or related field preferred; luxury hospitality certifications a plus.
Guest Service Excellence:
Passion for delivering intuitive, personalized service aligned with Forbes Travel Guide standards and Park Hyatt brand values.
Communication Mastery:
Exceptional verbal and writtenmunication skills, with the ability to lead briefings, coach colleagues, and navigateplex guest interactions with grace.
Operational Organization:
Strong ability to manage shift transitions, room assignments, VIP arrivals, and multiple priorities while maintaining flawless service flow.
Financial Acumen:
Proficiency in billing accuracy, reservation management, and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Reservations Systems preferred.
Technology Proficiency:
Comfortable with property management systems and digital concierge tools; quick to learn new technologies that enhance operational efficiency.
Leadership Presence:
Approachable, confident, andposed leader who inspires teamwork and fosters a positive, service‑driven culture. Problem‑
