The ideal candidate will ensure smooth administrative functions, coordinate office activities, and support team members to foster an efficient workplace. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Additionally, the Office Manager will handle responsibilities related to title clerking, ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping for all title-related activities. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations to ensure a productive and organized work environment. Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and office supplies management. Coordinate with various departments to facilitate communication and workflow. Support the title clerk in processing and maintaining title documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Maintain filing systems for records related to titles, contracts, and other essential documentation. Assist in onboarding new employees and providing ongoing support for staff needs. Monitor office budget and expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources. Implement office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency. Serve as a point of contact for vendors, clients, and visitors. Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative roles. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail, especially in handling title documentation and records. Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Knowledge of title processing or clerking is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary. Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to managing challenges.
