Full Job Description Xilin Association Title:
In-Home Service program supervisor Under the supervision of the branch manager, the person must speaks frequency English and very good at Microsoft Excel Sheet.
Duties:
1. Develop the Home Care Aid(HCA)'s working schedules on a monthly basis and arrange substitutes when the assigned HCA is on vacation or no show. 2. Input the client's contract to computer system and monitor the client's service hours. 3. Monitor the preferred HCA's performance each month. 4. Provide one-on-one conference meeting with each HCAs every three months. 5. Conduct participant's home visit twice per year for HCAs, once per quarter for preferred HCAs and conduct a client satisfaction survey once per year. 6. Assist the HCAs with their needs. 7. Solve disputes between the HCA and the participant. 8. Attend In-service training 24 hours per year. 9. Process job application for a new HCA. 10. Arrange pre-service training and orientation for the new HCA. 11. Arrange the in-service training to the HCAs each quarter. 12. Check all the state required documentation for the HCAs and clients and compliance. Upload the required documentation to the TTP.

Certification :
In-Home Service Supervisor Certification (Preferred)
Must Have :
Driver's License and car insurance
