With opportunity for professional growth and ongoing training Responsibilities Customer Service & Communication Greet incoming clients warmly and serve as the main point of contact throughout the entire repair process. Answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and address customer inquiries. Provide clear, proactive updates to vehicle owners regarding the status of their repairs. Repair Management & Coordination Guide repairs from intake to final delivery, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with collision repair technicians to draft detailed, accurate repair plans. Identify necessary replacement parts and manage the ordering, tracking, and receiving process to avoid repair delays. Insurance & Claims Navigation Act as the liaison between the customer and insurance adjusters. Negotiate labor rates, repair procedures, and supplemental claims directly with insurance companies. Maintain complete and precise documentation for all insurance claims and internal work orders. Key Qualifications Prior front office, service writer, or administrative experience in an automotive body shop or collision center is preferred. Familiarity with estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating tools preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for client transportation or test drives if required Knowledge of automotive repair processes including collision repair procedures is beneficial Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing work orders and documentation.
