The ideal candidate will ensure smooth administrative functions, manage billing processes, and handle payroll responsibilities. This role is vital in maintaining an efficient work environment and supporting the overall productivity of our team. The Office Manager will serve as a key point of contact for staff and external partners, fostering a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of billing processes to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payments. Oversee payroll administration, ensuring employees are compensated correctly and on schedule. Coordinate office operations, including supplies management, facility maintenance, and administrative support. Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed to maintain efficiency. Maintain organized records of financial transactions, employee information, and other essential documentation. Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating company events or activities. Serve as a liaison between management, staff, vendors, and clients to facilitate effective communication.
