In this role, you will provide essential support in our healthcare facility, assisting with patient management and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to patient care while gaining valuable experience in a clinical setting. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Help assist in our CBP area, including teaching exercises, putting patients in and taking patients out of traction, teaching exercises and assisting with x-rays. If you have a limited scope x-ray tech license for the spine in the state of Illinois your pay will be $18.00 per hour. Assist with patient positioning, such as putting patients in and out of traction as needed for treatment or diagnostic purposes. Support the clinical team by helping with x-ray procedures, ensuring proper patient preparation and safety protocols are followed. Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flow efficiently. Handle administrative duties such as answering phones, managing patient records, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area. Communicate effectively with patients and staff to ensure smooth operations within the healthcare facility. Requirements Previous experience in a healthcare or medical office setting is preferred but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to assist with clinical tasks such as patient positioning and supporting x-ray procedures under supervision. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Basic knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous. Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and responsibilities.
