Business Office Manager Join a growing skilled nursing and long-term care team as a Business Office Manager! We are seeking an experienced and organized Business Office Manager (BOM) to support the day-to-day business operations of a skilled nursing facility. This role will oversee billing, collections, resident finances, accounts receivable, and HR administrative functions while partnering closely with facility leadership. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in healthcare billing, skilled nursing, long-term care, medical office administration, accounts receivable, and collections who is looking to grow into a well-rounded leadership role. What You'll Do Manage billing, collections, and accounts receivable (AR) Assist with Medicaid and Medicare processes Maintain accurate resident financial records and trust accounts Update admissions, discharges, and payer information Communicate professionally with residents and families regarding billing and financial accounts Learn and utilize systems such as PointClickCare (PCC) — training provided Support the admissions process and participate in financial meetings Maintain accurate documentation and follow applicable policies and compliance requirements HR Administrative Support Partner with facility leadership on basic HR processes, documentation, and staff support What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Ideal candidates may have experience in: Healthcare billing or medical office administration Skilled nursing or long-term care Accounts receivable or collections Business office management Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are important. The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with residents, families, employees, and leadership is essential. Experience with PointClickCare is a plus, but training is available. Why Apply?
