Office Manager

Job Description:

Farmers Insurance is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in selling insurance policies to clients and providing exceptional customer service. You will use your expertise and product knowledge to help clients assess their insurance needs and recommend policies that provide the right coverage.

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

Meet or exceed sales targets and goals by effectively selling Farmers insurance policies.

Stay up to date with industry trends, product changes, and compliance regulations.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Active Farmers Insurance producer license in the state of employment.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales.

Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
