Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for obtaining all initial and complete financial information to ensure payment for services rendered, management of Resident trust fund, verification of benefits and financial screening, management of the Smartlinx Scheduling program, supervision of clerical staff, communication with Residents and families as needed regarding billing questions and issues.
