Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This vital role combines efficient office management with exceptional administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. The ideal candidate will bring energy, attention to detail, and ad proactive attitude to handle a variety of responsibilities, from managing office systems to providing outstanding customer service. Duties:
Oversee daily office operations to include supply management, work orders, etc. Serve as front desk ambassador by answering multi-line phones and directing calls appropriately Manage job, estimate and weekly scheduling Handle data entry for proposals, filing, proofreading and record keeping Use quickbooks to assist with invoicing and accounts receiveable Provide exceptional customer service with prompt responses to phone calls, voicemails, emails and texts Assist with typing correspondence, preparing reports and ensuring organization
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (excel, word, outlook) Familiarity with Quickbooks or other bookeeping software Excellent phone etiquette Strong computer literacy including data entry Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
