In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring smooth office functions, excellent customer service, and efficient administrative support. Your organizational skills and technical proficiency will help keep our office running seamlessly and support our commitment to outstanding service. Responsibilities Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating spreadsheets using productivity software like Microsoft Office Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for staff members Support client communication by providing timely information and resolving basic inquiries with exceptional customer service skills Oversee office management tasks such as supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and document proofreading Utilize computer skills to prepare reports, process invoices, and perform clerical tasks efficiently Requirements Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry Strong computer literacy with technical proficiency in office management tools and productivity software Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy Prior clerical or administrative experience, including front desk duties and calendar management Join us as an Office Administrator to bring energy, organization, and professionalism to our team.
