This role works closely with the Office Manager and dealership leadership team to ensure organized office operations and smooth day-to-day administrative support across departments. Compensation $19.00-$22.00 per hour, based on experience Responsibilities Process retail vehicle deals promptly as they are turned in to the office, verifying that all paperwork is complete, accurate, and compliant with dealership and state requirements Process dealer trades, including the exchange of vehicle titles, invoices, and supporting documentation between dealerships Process wholesale transactions, ensuring proper documentation, funding, and title transfer Submit warranty remittances to the appropriate manufacturers and third-party providers in a timely manner Process warranty cancellations, including calculating refunds, submitting cancellation requests, and applying credits to customer accounts or lienholders as applicable Review deal paperwork for accuracy and follow up with sales staff to obtain missing or incomplete documentation Maintain accurate deal files and records in accordance with dealership and regulatory retention requirements Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements Education and Experience 1+ years of experience in Office Administration is required. At least 1 year of Deal Processing/Billing experience in a dealership is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Flexibility to cross train in all other areas of the Office as needed Comfortable working with and learning various auto software Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple departmentsBenefits:
