American Senior Communities (ASC) is seeking a Business Office Manager in Training to learn and grow into a leadership role supporting the financial and administrative operations of a skilled nursing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, organized professional who enjoys working with people, solving problems, managing details, and learning the business side of healthcare. Through hands-on training and mentorship, you will gain experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, benefits, resident trust, billing, census management, and financial administration. The Business Office Manager in Training provides a structured pathway to a leadership position within a skilled nursing facility . You'll learn directly from experienced facility leaders while gaining practical knowledge of the financial and administrative functions that keep a healthcare community running successfully.
