Job Description

Primary Purpose The Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the administrative side of the company runs smoothly by providing excellent customer service, maintaining accurate records, supporting field operations, and keeping company documentation organized and current. Primary Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally. Create invoices and bill completed work promptly. Verify that completed jobs are accurately recorded in LMN before invoicing. Track completed work and identify missing paperwork or job documentation. Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation. Keep onboarding paperwork, policies, certifications, and licenses current. Order, organize, and maintain company uniforms and PPE inventory. Assist with new employee onboarding. Maintain office supplies and vendor orders. Process customer payments and assist with accounts receivable follow-up. Support management with reports and administrative tasks. Keep digital and paper filing systems organized. Serve as the primary administrative contact for customers and employees. Ideal Candidate Highly organized. Friendly and professional on the phone. Detail-oriented. Comfortable learning and using LMN. Strong with Microsoft Office. Experience with bookkeeping or accounting is preferred. Able to prioritize multiple tasks without constant supervision.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
