Job Description
This opening is a match for someone who is driven by common sense, and who can motivate others to work alongside them until the job is done. Your skill set needs to include a working knowledge of Word and Excel; some background in handling payroll and HR functions; generating documents and reports; and interaction with executive management and clients. You'll be responsible for schedules and workflow; working in a full-time (8-5) capacity with oversight of clerical staff. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient administrative support. Manage payroll and human resources functions, including employee onboarding and training. Coordinate event planning and vendor management for office-related activities. Maintain organized filing systems and manage calendar schedules for staff. Utilize Microsoft Excel for budgeting and bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate financial records. Foster effective communication within the team and supervise clerical staff as needed.
Required Skills:
5+ years of Office Manager, Operations, or Administrative Leadership experience required. Proven experience managing payroll, HR administration, onboarding, and employee records. Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills, including reporting and document management. Experience supervising office staff, coordinating workflows, and managing daily operations. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with executives, clients, and vendors. Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of making sound decisions with minimal supervision.Job Type:
