Elkhart, Indiana Salary Range:
$48,000 – $55,000 annually | 100% On-site Why This Opportunity Stands Out Established Local Organization – Work for a business with a strong footing in Elkhart and a reputation for stability and operational excellence Leadership Role – As an Office Manager , you'll oversee administrative operations, ensure smooth workflows, and support senior management in key decisions Elkhart Area Perks – Benefit from a growing city with arts, culture, outdoor recreation, and proximity to South Bend, Goshen, and major transportation routes Growth Potential – Chance to take on more responsibility and move into higher leadership roles (Operations Manager, Director of Administration, etc.) Supportive Onboarding – Receive structured training and mentorship to help you succeed in your Office Manager role from day one Key Responsibilities As an Office Manager , you will: Oversee daily administrative functions of the office, including reception, correspondence, equipment, and supply management Manage office staff: hire, train, schedule, and evaluate performance Coordinate vendor relationships, office maintenance, and services to ensure efficient operations Develop, implement, and refine office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance Assist finance or HR as needed with budget tracking, expense reporting, payroll support, or staff benefits Maintain accurate records, files, and reports; compile operational data for senior leadership Serve as point of contact for internal teams and external partners regarding administrative or operational issues Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred (Associate's and strong work experience considered) 4-7 years experience in office administration, operations, or related roles; at least 2 years in supervisory capacity preferred Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with office management and scheduling software a plus Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and deliver results under pressure Comfortable working in-office for full business hours; occasional longer hours or flexibility may be required Click here to apply online EB-1911488666
