Job Description
We're hiring an Office Manager to run daily operations, support our customer business, and help grow with our tenants. This is a hands-on, front-facing role — you'll be the face of the center for tenants , prospective tenants, and vendors alike, and the person who keeps the day running smoothly. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for all on-site tenants, ensuring a professional, welcoming experience every day Run front-desk operations: greet visitors, handle mail and package intake, answer phones, manage meeting room bookings Give tours to prospective clients and support the leasing pipeline from first inquiry through signed agreement Support tenant billing, invoicing, and account questions Coordinate with vendors — cleaning, maintenance, IT, security — to keep the center running smoothly and looking sharp Help drive occupancy and renewal rates across the center Handle day-to-day member issues and escalations with professionalism and urgency Maintain the appearance and functionality of common areas, meeting rooms, and shared amenities Onboard new members and manage the offboarding process for departing members Track and report on key operating metrics: occupancy, leads, tours, and closed deals What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in office management, hospitality, property management, or another customerfacing operations role Strong communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable being the face of the business Sales aptitude — comfortable giving tours and helping close new business Highly organized, able to juggle multiple member needs and vendor relationships at once Working proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace) and general comfort learning billing/scheduling systems Professional, reliable, and self-directed — this is often a one-person on-site role Join us as an Office and Sales Manager to lead with energy and precision!
