- Full time Galaxy Personal Care Services LLC Indianapolis, IN Job Details Full-time $21 - $25 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Abound Home Health Agency We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and motivated Full-Time Office Manager to join our growing Home Health Agency. The Office Manager plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly while supporting clinical staff, caregivers, patients, and agency leadership. We are looking for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Manage daily administrative and office operations Coordinate communication between clinical, administrative, and field staff Assist with employee scheduling and staffing coverage Assist with recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation Maintain employee personnel and credentialing records Track licenses, certifications, CPR, TB testing, background checks, and other required documentation Assist with new patient admissions and referral coordination Monitor documentation for completeness and timely submission Communicate professionally with patients, families, physicians, staff, and referral sources Assist management with Medicare, Medicaid, CHAP, and Indiana regulatory compliance activities Help prepare the agency for surveys, audits, and quality reviews Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Assist with reports, spreadsheets, tracking logs, and administrative projects Support agency leadership with day-to-day operational needs Qualifications Previous home health, healthcare, medical office, or administrative management experience preferred Home Health Agency experience strongly preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and electronic healthcare systems Experience with scheduling, staffing, HR, credentialing, or healthcare compliance is a plus Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home health operations is a plus Must be dependable, professional, confidential, and able to work independently
