Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and customer-focused Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office while providing an exceptional experience for clients, customers, and team members. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who enjoys working with people, building strong client relationships, solving problems, and keeping an office running efficiently. This role requires someone who is comfortable learning and using technology and software systems, managing multiple priorities, and taking ownership of administrative and customer-service responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and customers, providing friendly, professional, and responsive service. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients through consistent communication and follow-through. Manage incoming phone calls, emails, inquiries, appointments, and general correspondence. Coordinate day-to-day office operations and ensure administrative processes run smoothly. Utilize company software, warehouse management system, slack, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and other technology to maintain accurate records and complete daily tasks. Learn new software and systems quickly and assist team members with basic technology and workflow questions. Maintain accurate client information, records, files, documentation, and data entry. Schedule appointments, coordinate calendars, and assist with staff scheduling as needed. Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally, knowing when to escalate matters to management. Help establish and maintain efficient office procedures and workflows. Support management and staff with administrative projects and special assignments. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive client and company information. Help create a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment. Qualifications Previous experience in office management, administration, customer service, client relations, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Professional, friendly, and service-oriented attitude. Comfortable working with computers, software applications, and technology. Ability to learn new software systems quickly and adapt to changing technology. Experience with CRM, scheduling, billing, database, or office management software is a plus. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently while also supporting and collaborating with a team. Reliable, dependable, and capable of taking initiative. Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
