Schlipf Precision Ag is seeking an Office Manager and Bookkeeper to immediately join our team. Duty Summary Accounts Receivable (Invoicing, Receipts, Deposits, Credit Card Processing) Accounts Payable (Entering and Paying Bills) Bank Account Monitoring and Monthly Financial Reports Payroll and Payroll Tax Processing (via ADP) Employee Record and Benefit Management Benefit Explanation and Processing for employees Works within Odoo ERP system with management team Maintain Office Supplies, and Coordinate with Business Contract Services Qualifications Must have some post-secondary education Prior Work Experience in Bookkeeping and Payroll (2 years preferred) HR experience (1 years preferred) Agriculture background Required Skills and Abilities Communicate Effectively with others Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Adapt to multiple demands and changing priorities Handle confidential information with discretion and tact Maintain a consistent work schedule Serve customers with friendliness, tact and professionalism Schlipf Precision Ag is a family owned and operated business that provides high performance planters and planter performance packages to growers across the US.
