What You'll Do Customer Relations:
Answer incoming calls, schedule customer jobs, and handle all walk-in inquiries with elite service.
Lead Management:
Monitor and manage all Google leads to ensure rapid response times and high conversion.
Financial Admin:
Handle all commercial billing, manage daily cash deposits, and accurately allocate payments to customer jobs.
Operational Support:
Support the General Manager in daily meetings, manage incoming mail, and assist with training courses.
Fleet Management:
Coordinate maintenance scheduling and state registrations for all company vehicles.
Onboarding:
Prepare all physical equipment and software logins to ensure new hires are ready for success on Day 1.
Warranties & Rebates:
Register newly installed equipment for manufacturer warranties and submit all customer rebates.

Maintain a well-rounded knowledge of company policies, schedules, and values to support the team.
What You Bring Experience:
Minimum 1+ years of office administration experience (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical trade experience is highly preferred).
Financial Skills:
Proven, hands-on experience handling AP and AR processes.
Tech Savvy:
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written skills tailored for high-value clients and internal field staff.

Education:
