Key duties include:
Performing accurate CT scans while practicing radiation safety and dose reduction techniques. Educating patients on radiologic procedures and safety protocols. Ensuring exam accuracy and adherence to workflow policies. Answering department calls professionally and completing scanning documentation.
Qualifications:
Associate degree from an accredited radiology technology program. Registered by the ARRT (R). Kansas State Board of Healing Arts License. BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer prior to providing direct patient care.
