Key Responsibilities:
o Supervise daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient processes. o Manage and mentor administrative staff, fostering development and enhancing team dynamics. o Coordinate schedules and assignments to optimize productivity across the team. o Ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining a positive and professional work environment. o Serve as a vital liaison between senior management and office employees, facilitating effective communication. o Assist in developing and implementing office procedures and best practices to enhance operational efficiency. o Coordinate and monitor client deliverables to ensure accurate and timely client deliverables. Requirements We're looking for a passionate and proactive leader who embodies the following: An associate's degree, relevant certification, or proven experience in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field. At least two years of proven experience in office supervision or management, particularly in the accounting industry. Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively lead a diverse team. Ability to manage conflicts and motivate team members towards common goals. Proficiency in office software and accounting tools. A commitment to community involvement and fostering a collaborative work culture. The ability to maintain proactive and professional communication with clients. Ability to foster client relationships by delivering exceptional service, anticipating client needs, and contributing to an overall client experience that reflects the Firm's commitment to excellence.
