Key Responsibilities Team Leadership :
Build, train, and develop the chiropractic assistant (CA) team, serving as their leader and inspiring them to excel personally and professionally.
Culture Leadership:
Maintain and enhance our positive office culture by celebrating great team members, finding creative ways to encourage the team, and fostering an environment of trust, kindness, and excellence.
Patient Care:
Actively engage in patient care, including checking patients in and out, managing scheduling and phone calls, conducting insurance verifications, discussing care costs with patients, assisting the doctor staff, taking x-rays, and performing other essential tasks.
Operational Oversight:
Create and manage employee work schedules, check and maintain inventory levels, and handle general office administration to ensure smooth operations.
Customer Service Excellence:
Deliver exceptional service and handle challenging conversations with patients to achieve positive outcomes.
Hiring and Development:
Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members while fostering continuous growth.
Performance Improvement:
Set goals, inspire the team to reach new heights, and address performance issues when necessary.
Technology Use:
Proficiently use Microsoft Word, Excel, and the full Microsoft 365 suite to manage administrative tasks. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone with leadership or managerial experience who is ready to inspire and guide our team. Strong interpersonal skills, high moral character, and a commitment to integrity and excellence are essential. Attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Experience in medical or insurance roles are highly valued. Customer service and previous leadership skills are highly valued. Chiropractic experience, whether personally as a patient or professionally, is a plus but not required. A college degree is preferred but not required. Why Join Us? As the front office manager, you will lead the chiropractic assistant team by example, working alongside them in patient care and daily operations. Once you have built the CA team to a self-sustaining level, this role offers flexibility. While our typical full-time benefits eligibility requires 37 hours per week, this position allows for 30 hours per week with the availability to maintain full-time benefits. This flexibility provides the option to work one less day per week once the team is well-established and running smoothly. Daily tasks include checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments, handling insurance verifications, discussing care costs with patients, assisting doctors, taking x-rays, celebrating and encouraging team members, creating work schedules, and overseeing office administration.
What We Offer Competitive pay:
$20-$24 per hour based on experience and qualifications. Health insurance, with a $380 monthly company contribution toward premiums after training is completed. Vision insurance fully paid by the company. Dental plan available.
Paid time off:
5 days PTO after training. 3 sick/personal days after training. 15 days PTO after one year of employment. 401(k) plan with a 3% employer match. 4 day work weeks with the option to go to 3 days per week if wanted.
