The Office Manager will ensure the firm runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally at all times. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, including oversight of office supplies, equipment, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance to ensure efficient business operations. Coordinate and support attorneys and staff, managing workflows, schedules, and administrative processes while assisting with new employee onboarding and orientation. Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with firm standards, confidentiality requirements, and applicable regulations. Provide client service leadership by fostering a professional, welcoming, and responsive environment for clients, visitors, and stakeholders. Develop, implement, and improve office procedures to increase efficiency, enhance productivity, and support organizational goals.
